Core Ministries at Grace
We seek to accomplish our purpose and vision by providing and structuring our ministries in such a way that will both provide opportunity for and equip those at Grace in being 24/7 Worshippers, Alongsiders, and GO Persons. We are convinced that regular and consistent participation in these ministries will have a cumulative effect in Knowing the Greater Joy that Jesus desires for his disciples.
Go Person
A disciple who is intentionally developing relationships in order to teach the gospel with the aim to persuade.
Alongsider
A disciple who is intentionally coming alongside another disciple with the expressed purpose of spiritual growth.
24/7 Worshipper
A disciple who doesn’t wait for Sunday, but rather engages in the worship & enjoyment of God every day of the week in their own spiritual disciplines.
Worship Service
We encourage those with us to attend services and join in fellowship with other believers and those in the community.
LifeGroups
We provide various LifeGroups for all ages and meet to read and discuss the Bible and join in fellowship with one another.
Equipping Opportunities
We provide a variety of opportunities for the men and women at Grace to both develop relationships with each other, and also deepen their relationship with Jesus. Periodic Bible studies and conferences are offered each year, as well as outreach events. Our men gather for Men’s Third Thursdays each month, and our Women meet monthly for their Women’s First Friday; both are at local restaurants and provide a casual time of fellowship.
Grace Nursery
The Grace Nursery is available to children from birth through the start of Kindergarten during our Sunday morning services. Children will spend time playing together, listening to music, reading from books, watching various Bible lessons, and more during their Sunday mornings. All of our Grace Nursery volunteers are approved per our policies and procedures to best ensure the safety and security of the children in our care.
Grace Kids is our Sunday morning ministry for Kindergarten through sixth grade students. During their time in Grace Kids, students will spend time worshiping together and learning topical truths from Scripture, memorize Bible verses, participate in small group discussions, play games, and much more! Our mission is to come alongside and equip parents to reach the next generation with the gospel and develop the next generation of spiritual champions who know greater joy. All of our Grace Kids volunteers are approved per our policies and procedures to best ensure the safety and security of the children in our care.
Launch Point
LaunchPoint is our ministry to young adults ages 18-25. We desire to see young adults grow in three key areas: their worship of God, their relationships with one another, and their ability to reach others with the gospel. To achieve this end, the group gathers bi-weekly to spend time in fellowship, singing praises to our God, and learning from God’s Word. LaunchPoint isn’t limited only to attenders of Grace Baptist Church – ALL young adults are welcome to join us for our Gatherings.
Grace Students is our Sunday evening ministry for students in 7th through 12th grades. During their time in Grace Students, students will learn from all areas of the Bible and how Scripture affects daily living, while having fun and deepening relationships with one another. Students will also have numerous additional fun events throughout the year and opportunities for local, national, and international missions. Our mission continues from Grace Kids: to come alongside and equip parents to reach the next generation with the gospel and develop the next generation of spiritual champions who know greater joy. All of our Grace Students volunteers are approved per our policies and procedures to best ensure the safety and security of the children in our care.
